"Stu and his team were absolutely fantastic. It was my first experience with building and in very uncertain times in 2023. The Six O'clock News was consistently reporting build costs going through the roof and supplies being unavailable. However, none of this was obvious from the way things proceeded. One of the workers commented to me that there had been 'a lot of phone calls' and I appreciated the hard work that went on with the administration behind the scenes.
Stu set a realistic time frame for completion and was able to keep to it. With the BuilderTrend App I was able to follow progress. I was also pleased that Stu was readily available for phone calls and often outside of the normal working day. If he missed a call, it was returned promptly; the same was also true of his staff.
I'm now enjoying a well-built home that will serve my needs for many years to come. I highly recommend the team!"
