Rooted in heritage
This subdivision in Methven holds deep personal significance for the MacLaughlin family. Mary’s connection to the land stretches back to her grandparents, making the decision to build a spec home there especially meaningful. Not only did it align with their goals for the subdivision, but it also gave them the opportunity to explore their passion for design and construction.
SAM HOLMES DRIVE, METHVEN
Built with heart
Working from a clear brief, RW Design brought the architectural vision to life, collaborating closely with Steve on material and product selections. Stu and Matt supported Steve’s hands-on approach, giving him the freedom to shape the finer details. Together, the team worked seamlessly to bring the project to completion.
The result? A home that not only fits beautifully into the landscape, but one that’s sparked a newfound love for building.
They enjoyed the process so much, Steve and Mary are already planning their next project.
